Large file transfer

Send large files without attachments or lost links

Choose the person, add your files and include a message. FilesUp keeps each delivery in a conversation and provides temporary browser access.

A simpler way to send heavy files

Email attachments have size limits and often force you to compress, split or resend content. For high-resolution photos, video, presentations or project folders, that process wastes time and loses context.

With FilesUp, every transfer starts with the recipient. Use an email address or phone number, add several files at once and leave a note. The other person gets browser access and does not need an account to download.

Each account includes 500 GB for active shares during launch. Files remain available for 10 days; access then ends and the originals are deleted, while the delivery history stays visible.

How to send

From your files to the recipient in three steps

  1. 01

    Choose the person

Enter the recipient's email address or phone number. You can also create a named link conversation for ongoing deliveries.

  2. 02

    Add your files

Collect the documents, images, videos or other assets and write a short message explaining the delivery.

  3. 03

    Send and follow up

The recipient opens secure browser access. The conversation keeps the context and records the send and download history.

  • Simple browser downloads without forcing recipients to install an app.
  • A clearly stated access and deletion period.
  • A message and recipient attached to the delivery so context is not lost.
  • History that shows what was sent and when it was downloaded.

Frequently asked questions

About sending large files

Can I send large files for free?

Yes. During launch, every FilesUp account includes 500 GB for active shares. Expired or deleted files no longer use that capacity.

Does the recipient need an account?

No. Recipients can open the link in their browser and download the files without creating a FilesUp account.

How long do files remain available?

Files remain available for 10 days. At the end of that period, access ends and the originals are deleted.

Can I send to an email address or phone number?

Yes. Choose an email address or phone number as the recipient and keep the delivery in that conversation.
